  • What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

    When bringing your machine to Upland Vacuum & Sewing, please be sure to bring all the parts we need to make a zigzag stitch, including the power cord, foot control, bobbin and bobbin case, presser foot, and needle. If you're experiencing a specific issue, please bring a sample of the fabric and thread you're using and an example of your problem.

  • Do you offer any guarantees/warranties for your work?

    We offer a 90-day in-house warranty on repairs. We also follow the manufacturer warranties that come with the products.

  • What products/services does Upland Vacuum & Sewing offer?

    We offer sewing machine sales, repairs, and service; vacuum sales, repairs, and service; and sewing classes.

  • How much does an estimate cost?

    We provide a free, no-obligation estimate on sewing machines and vacuums. There is no charge if we are unable to repair your machine.

  • What vacuum brands does Upland Vacuum & Sewing sell?

    We have Oreck, Tristar, Miele, Sanitaire, and Simplicity parts, belts, and accessories.
